Yea man!I finally had the time to install the new rear bearing and the piston ring for my OS50 Hyper!
The bearing couldn't come out at first, so i checked out raptortechnique.com . The site mentions to heat the engine in an oven, and so i did! Set the temperature to 140 degrees C for 10 minutes.
I then knocked the engine on the wooden chopping board, and the bearing pops out like a dream! =O
Then i had to re-heat the engine again, this time to installed the new bearings. Everything went smoothly. Reinstalling the engine was a little tough though. Getting the piston ring to fit in the sleeve was a little tough.
So after all this engine rebuilding, i'll start up and do a full tank by idling the engine to break-in the engine a little for sunday.

I was walking with Jianli to his house a few days ago..and damn. Someone threw a paper plane down his/her window. Jianli and I both saw it and went to pick it up. Man...it had a message in it! =OIt said this : " If you see a girl just smile at her maybe she will smile back! You will never know me because I live in bishan. Try to call her okay? Plus, I think MIATS are cute! "
Then i turned over to look at the bus stop..cedar girls -.-
So i was like...lets smile! But wth..then we kept laughing over it and KNN...another plane drop from the sky!
This time, it wrote 'fook you' =.="
Then after that, we went to Jianli's house for him to bathe and come my house.
Then we were suposed to walk to my house, but hell 54 came. SO we took bus.
Then after we alighted, then bus went ahead of us and there was this girl that turned back to smile at us! =OOOO
WEIRD HUR??

OUT OF NITRO!Man...this really sucks. Its a perfect NDP weekend and i wanna go flying. But no fuel!
Darn! I wanted to get 2 gallons yesterday but both Rotor and SHS were out of stock! =OOO

Church games was quite fun today. The 'meeting a new friend' part wasn't fun. Sam kept saying it was match-making =\\The 'dance to the left and dance to the right' thing wasn't fun either. They make you hold the hand of the person in front of you, be it a guy or a girl =\\Luckily I was amongst the guys and didn't have too much contact with the girls. Freaky as hell!But the acting games afterwards was fun and damn funny! Go Chuckie! He's the walking Bible!
Then after church, heli flying! =D
Went to BBAFC to fly and everything was working flawlessly. The tail was holding well! All I did at home was to re-set up the tail and OMG...it holds perfect!
So today, after not flying in 2 damn weeks, i decided to switch to simulator-mode.
All the other times on mode2, i just did hovering. But today, did circuits, stall turns, loops. Then i was bold enough to flip the bugger inverted to do a inverted hover! WOO!! Andrenaline rush!!
It was my first time doing it on mode2, and i got bold enough to bring it down 3m off the deck! =OOO
Got too cocky and started doing nose-down funnels..i managed to pull them off!
Next week is gonna be rolls and the week after..hurricanes! =D
I've been and will be enjoying mode2!
Oh yea...Mike cut his leg badly when he tried to stop the rotor blades of his raptor50. His blade tips were red so he couldn't see them and BANG. His leg was bleeding.
The MA guy supported him back into the shelter and Kelvin brought his heli and transmitter back for him.
Luckily Kelvin had a first aid kit with him. So he cleaned Mike's wound for him but NO PLASTER??? WTF??
I quickly opened up my wallet to take out the only plaster in it and handed it over to Kelvin.
Luckily Mike is fine and continued flying afterwards, but he might have to stitch his wound as the cut is quite deep.
We'll see. Hope you're alright Mike! =(
Seeing all the blood made me re-live the time when i got hit by kenny's Trex. But I'm sure Mike's situation was more painful than mine. His shin got hit whereas my ear got cut. Luckily he was one 2-days leave. LOL. Now also will have MC =.="

Synergy and Aurora comes to mind very often now...Synergy looks hell good! And will fly damn well...But Carbon Xtreme will be selling the Aurora a little cheaper than the Synergy at 985USD compared to 999USD of the Synergy, even though the Aurora has ALOT more carbon and metal to it!
This will give the JK and Synergy a run for its money. But JK and TB have to recoup their losses too.
Carbon Xtreme will have the upper hand in the heli-market I think...
I cant wait to see one of either!! =DD

Oh yea, and jamming that day(the day without the smurfs) was fun i must admit. It was the only time i had so much power in Lost Symphonies starting. WAY COOL! SOUNDED COOL TOO!! =OOO
DAMN NICE!
But the other parts were screwy...and i think other people outside the unknown band have their hands on the recording. Fuck =(
